There are five steps to earning your Delaware Salesperson License:
- Complete 99 hours of approved Pre-Licensing education.
- Complete final exams of all courses.
- Pass the Delaware Real Estate Salesperson Examination.
- Select a sponsoring broker.
- Complete the application for licensure.
